Returns & Refunds

Thank you so much for shopping with us.  We hope you love every item you order, but if for some reasons you are not 100% satisfied returns can be made on most full priced clothing items. 


Return Policy

  • Email returns@georgiaandjune.com with your First and Last Name and Order Number notifying us of the item(s) you will be returning and why. 
  • We do not accept returns POSTMARKED AFTER 14 CALENDAR DAYS.  All returns postmarked after the 14th day from delivery date will not be accepted. An invoice will be sent to your email for the return shipping costs.

  • All accepted returns receive store credit.  We do not offer refunds.  
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed in the form of store credit.  Please allow 5-10 business days for return processing.  
  • You will receive your store credit via email in the form of a gift card that can be used to make future purchases.  Returned credit may not be used towards previous purchases. 
  • Store credit is just like cash and never expires.
  • Any return store credit used on future orders will be FINAL SALE.
  • All discount codes require a minimum purchase of $20.
  • All return items must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION: unwashed, unworn, and with the original tags and any additional tags still intact.  No perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, pet hair, smoke or any odors or stains should be on the clothing. 
  • Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box.  The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping.  If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the shoe box or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept the return. 
  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. 
  • All jewelry, accessories, handbags, hats, bodysuits, swimwear, intimates, gift cards, and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. 
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer a return label.
  • You are responsible for tracking your return package.  Please keep note of the tracking number that is generated through your return label.
  • Georgia & June reserves the right to deny any return. 


Damaged Items/Order Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.  If you have received a defective item, please contact us by email at support@georgiaandjune.com within 24 HOURS of delivery.  Please include your First and Last Name, Order Number, Item Name, and a picture of the defect in the email.
  • If you contact us outside of the 24 HOUR window, the items does not qualify for replacement or return. 
  • Each item is photographed to display the true color/pattern.  Although we try to accurately photograph each item, exact coloring of merchandise may vary due to indoor/outdoor lighting, various computer or mobile device screens, etc. Items with a slight variance will not be considered defective. 
  • Georgia & June is not responsible for lost or stole packages.  If your order is lost in transit, we suggest contacting the carrier to help locate your package. 


Exchanges

  • We are sorry to inform you that we do not offer exchanges. 
  • We recommend you place a new order for the item you wish to exchange as we cannot guarantee the item/size you would like to exchange will be in stock.
